Why has my child's enrollment been cancelled? - CCS Ceased Notification

We often get emails from parents who normally use our service during the school holidays. 

Because of how the CCS system works, if your child doesn't have an attendance in an 14-week consecutive period, the enrollment becomes ceased by CCS.

All you would need to do, is contact us to set up a new enrolment for CCS and for it to be confirmed via your myGov portal.
